porting shops in pa

I have heard of this place in Pennsylvania that does street porting jobs good for a decent price. I think it was called kbr or something does anybody know where they are?

Yup, when I was deployed I used to see some ridiculous stuff from the Halliburton/Kellogg Brown and Root crew.....

Mismanagement, all around lack of competence. A lot of them did a great job, but an equal number didn't belong in a combat zone.
