"mid tens" , lifting front wheels and turning the tires. And that was in the "test and tune" prior to the actual race meeting. Yeah, I'll also let him get specific, but it ran a 1.5 60 footer.... . The track he ran has split timers, so he should have cards with 330 time, 660 et and time, 1000ft time, unlike his home track of Eastern Creek. One of the promoters (Pac Performance) actually paid for the 60ft to be replaced with a concrete pad.... now this is pretty big of them coz they are a Sydney based workshop and the track is in rural Victoria, something like 8 to 10 hours away.... Anyway, the new found traction has claimed a few drivelines to date, so hopefully AJC and the other rotor runners will still be ok at the end of it all. Expect to see detailed quality coverage in the next week on fullboost.com.au . (possibly with pics by A777)

For his first run of the day on low boost he pulled a 11.06.

Thumbs up

Hello all,

I didn't see the other pages in this Thread I know it is a little old but as "moespeed" had mentioned this is one of the best threads I have read in a Forum.

Steve and all the gang, it is so good to see the Aussie's on top of the game.

Do you think after all these years the Street Machine V8 boys have finally realised that rotor's should be respected! Back in the early 1990's in OZ, you were lucky to have one rotor in a whole years worth of issues in Street Machine.

REgards,

Glenn Butcher
