Question how can i lower the exhaust noise!!

I have a 1986 RX-7 N/A and i just put headers and a full HKS hiper exhaust system, the one thats only single, and a high-flow cat from rx-7.com, and i'm just wondering how can i lower the exhaust noise cause its really loud. And i don't know what to do!

Thanx

welcome to owning a rotary

trash the HKS stuff and get Racing Beat - their stuff is super-quiet, almost as quiet as stock.

What kind of headers did you get? Do you have a presilencer? If not, buy a RB one and have it fabbed in.

Not sure what you mean, but I am talking about a racing beat silencer. Not the ones that go into the end of the muffler and are removable.
