^?^ not sure why but...

if your looking for the blow off valve whoosh just vent it to atmosphere vs back into the intake.

if you looking for the whine like what you here on big trucks...this is do to the housing its called a anti surge type its pretty much just more clearance between the housing and blades, sorry but fd's have a more efficient desighn and are therefore not going to create that crazy turbo whine.

you could remove the oem intake setup which will make it a little louder but it still won't whine.

remove the stock airbox assembly, and purchase a pair of K&N cylindrical style filters, install the front turbo one directly on the small black plastic elbow that bolts to compressor housing, and the rear turbo one on the pipe that connects to the rear compressor.

I ran my car this way for years with no problems and you can definitely hear the turbos spool. Some guys will tell you that you'll be ingesting hot air, which isn't good. I also had a huge intercooler which helped keep intake temps down.

Btw, if you're completely stock buy a downpipe and get rid of the stock precat. It can and will clog up and cause motor failure. As an added bonus with the dp, you'll pick up some power and better spool too

You get oil blowing out of the bov, makes the engine bay dirty. its louder, you attract more attention

And to the original question 6 years ago about how to make to stock twins spool sound loud....Replace the rubber intake pipes with metal ones and use cone filters. The metal resonates the wine sound much better than the rubber. plus the primary rubber tube likes to suck in on its self.

LoL are all atmospheric BOV like this? is there any benefit to one then? performance no whooshy soundy benefits .
say if I ran a hose to the bottom of the car from the bov exhaust ( i'm sure this has been thought of before ) to direct the oil to well .. pollute the ground LOL would it muffle the sound ? thus making it pointless ?

^^Wtf are you trying to say exactly? Seven questions in one post is a bit retarded. Hate to say it, but the truth hurts.....

P.S. Thanks for not starting another thread

I was referring to this

if there was a quick fix to it by routing the bov waste to some place in specific where it wouldn't be a mess .

since I'm sure I'm not hte first cheap *** to think about this I'm sure someone has tried it and with success or failure , but this is the most prominent thread I find when I put OEM BOV to atmosphere .

Also the BOV that came with the engine seems to be broken , the little line that goes from the top is gone. is that important ?

ALSO when you vent the BOV to atmosphere what do you do with the holes in the intake where the BOV used to vent to ? plug them? re route them?

yeah I may ask some retarded questions but what can I say I really dont know .

To make your turbos sound louder just pinch the oil line going to the top of it, then throw kittens through the inlet at WOT.
