Dyno cost in your area.

How much does a trip to the Dyno cost? On average in your area. Just lookin at how much i am lookin at. Also who does this in the san antonio / austin area? Thx fellas.

80 for an hour and the use of an lambda meter, 20 bucks extra for every 1/2 hour after that here in Hawaii.

Houston:

At a Mustang shop, $75 for 3 runs without O2 sensor.
At Carboy, I think it was $60 without O2 sensor.

thursday nights it $50 for about 3-4 runs with no tuning or anything inbetween just quick hp runs. any other day it 65 for three whenever runs and it about 100 or 150 and hour for tuning with the widebamnd

man,
cheapest within 40 miles of my house is some indy 500 dude's oersonal shop, wants 150 from me for the initial setup and hour

For them to tune your car using full datalog with includes a/f, egt, fuel pressure logging they charge $150hr. If all you use is the a/f its $115 I think. If you just making a pull with no tuning I think its $85 or so an hour.

Its been a while since I talked with them but I think those numbers are correct. Thats a shop in Atlanta

I spent a little over 2 hours on the dyno last night. Tuning and messing around with plugs etc. Cost me $150AUD

Here in Greensboro, NC, its $75 for 3 runs, including wideband O2. (Turbo Tune)

$100 CAD for 2 pulls. (about $65 USD)
Then $100 CAD/hour after that.

Includes wideband o2 sensor. Tuning is up to you.

Yea, people need to realize that a dyno run rate and a dyno tune rate are offten two different things. If you want them to actually tune your car it ususally cost more than just making some runs to check a/f and hp
