Custom Intake manifold is done.

I am planning on turning 9K RPM with my 1g with REW swap. Right now after 7600 the power and TQ falls off. So this is hopefully going to fix that issue. That and ofcoarse a bigger turbo!

Thanks. I am comtemplating setting the car up for E85. What do you guys think?

My options are methenol injection pump gas/race gas or the E85. It is a street driven car that will have AC.

Thanks. The car runs now with all the stock upper and lower. When it goes under the knife again I will redo the fuel system with dual pumps, bigger injectors/additional injectors, bigger turbo, stainless manifold and this intake manifold.

The car ran 11.50 at 122 w/ me driving really bad at the IFO about a month ago. It has a 10 second pass in it like it sits. I have made some suspension changes that should help the 60/330. 1.73 was the best 60 I had. I wasn't beating on the car either. It was 100F on the track that day so it wasn't turbo weather!

My goal is mid to low 10's with full interior a/c and stereo.

here are some pics of the turbo. It is a Q trim turbine, big shaft with 71mm billet compressor wheel. 4" inlet, 3" out non ball bearing. Also here is a link of me running a twin turbo nitrous automatic 300ZX in the semi finals of the event. The 1-2 lost the race for me. It went 11.6 at 122 on this pass.

I like the use of tube.

So you think the swirlpot will make more torque than a log style manifold?

Swirlpot?! lol thats pretty good. I don't know how its going to work. If it doesn't make a difference from 7.5K-9K, I will change the plenum design.

Update:

I just put the manifold on the car. Still need a TPS to get it back up and running. I had to remake the upper intercooler pipe, make a cable mounting bracket and do a bunch of other nit picky stuff to get it fitted. Otherwise it wen together nicely.

Next on the agenda is the T71 turbo and different manifold, dual walbros and some 1000cc primaries.

Here are a couple pics.
