average hp gains from gutted cats???

average hp gains from gutted cats???
anyone done a test with stock cats and gutted cats to give an average hp increase on a 2nd gen rx-7??? or anyone have a clue on what it could be??

its noisy and very stinky....and its a pain in the ***....get a midpipe...the gutted cat will get you a noticable hp gain but its not clean flow.
in my case i tried it while waiting for my midpipe...made a big ole mess...then went out and tuned it with the datalogit....the stock cat was restricting my boost to no more than fifteen lbs....i pulled that cat...tuned sixteen...and the power was very very noticible. granted my car could finally breathe.
i dont think anyone is dyno testing gutted cats...would probably be just a waste of cash.
