322 rwhp@7100 rpm

That's what a 13B rew monster street port motor made at 12 psi boost on Swedish 98 unleaded. Turbo: T-88 Greddy. Greddy 3 row intercooler, AEM Plug and Play injection system. The motor was tuned at rich 10:0-10:5 AFR and timing L 12 degrees BTDC. Any inputs on this combo would be appreciated since we gonna use VP CSP 112 octane fuel and cranck the boost up to 20 psi and shooting for 450 rwhp. Is it possible do you think with these numbers so far?

322@12PSI with a T-88 sounds a little low even for a european dyno. The air fuel ratio is a little rich as well. I would hope for more around 500RWHP @ 20 psi with that turbo.

Well, if 322 rwhp at 12 psi is low, then what should it be using a T88?

I agree.

My STOCK Port Cosmo engine did 317 at 12psi, (low boost)
Regular 93 Fuel.
Running Pig Rich
63-1 Turbo

With a BLOW-THROUGH HOLLEY CARBURATOR.

For a T88, I thought it would definately be higher numbers.

I know 12 psi boost is way to low for a T-88 to spin and give lots of airflow and hp. But is there anybody who had dynoed aty 12 psi with such a large turbo or similar turbo set up?

for the sake of comparison, you can pretty much make the same power on stock turbos at 12psi, i think there is definately something wrong here

Maybe it was a reference boost level. I would tune the A/F ratio first; it appears to be richer than Oprah.

If you tune it correctly, you are going to get way more than 450 rwhp at 20 psi.

Yeah it sure is a ref boost level. Time run out yesterday when we dyno'd the car. Will be back with more fine tuning on 98 octane and max 14 psi boost, then we will see what happening with race fuel and 20 psi!
