3 turbos
Yes, but it wouldn't be worth the weight, difficulty, and cost. I guess it would look neat in a show car, though. It's probably a better idea just to weld 3 chromed junkyard turbos onto a show car, tow it to the show, and have everybody drool over it (show cars don't need to actually work).

it makes sense on a 3 rotor though, 1 per rotor. makes more sense than twins cause the second rotor's runner would have to split in half and connect w/ the 1st and 3rd runner. 3 turbos would be simpler.
