13b turbo sizing

1st off i know little or nothing about rotary engines so i might ask a bunch of dumb questions at first....but the motors are intreging. alot of my questions are geared towards the sensitive areas of turbocharging a piston pumper so if there are other area that are rotary specific let me know. im actually posting for a friend who has plans for turbo charging a 13b motor (in a RX3 drag car). his current configuration is: a 13b out of an 85 RX7-SE (stock rotors, maybe you guys can help me w/ compression numbers here) w/ bridge port with j port on housing (monster port) and a holley 650.

what are some of your setups: turbo sizing, ignition/timing control, fuel management, intercooler, wastegate...etc... what CFM are your turbos pushing, what are the optimal air fuel ratios, anyone have dyno charts?

i'm guessing all the turbo plumbing needs to be custom fabbed or are there any kits on the market? which tuners do you guys prefer?

his limitations are: pump gas (94) and of coarse money....no need for million dollar setups. a good starting goal would be high 200s/low 300s RWHP. any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

thanks,
