Custom intake manifold?

Just a randmon thought.....

How would a custom intake manifold affect performance on, 12A, 13B, 20B,etc? (reall any rotary engine)

I know that most are made for top end power and drag cars usually use them, but can one be made for mid-high range and make more power than a stock one?

Like a said, just a thought. I hardly ever see a street RX-7 with a custom intake manifold.

unless your doing a PP, then probably the most 'custom' like manifold would be the RE.. I use one and frankly it can't get much simpler then striaght forward than this one..

Nice manifold.

IS it going onto a turbo car?

BTW, I was talking about turbo charged cars if that makes a difference

a properly designed custom im, would prolly give you 5-10% more hp, w/o giving up any low end.
