$1300
1300!$ thats a lot of money! Well geez i'd buy a FCD, Intake, Downpipe, Midpipe, and Exhaust...and the APEXi SAFC, and get yourself a home depot boost controller!
SAFC = 300$
FCD = 99$
Intake = 45$
DP = 30$-200$
Midpipe = 30$-200$
Exhaust = 200$ (muffler)
(btw i got a hook up on exhuast and welding here)

Build an FCD ($10)
Custom 3" turbo-back exhaust (hard to find a shop though) ($300-400)
Filter and adapter ($50)
Home Depot TID mod ($25??)
S-AFC ($299)
Bigger secondaries (~$200)
This assumes that it's a TII of course... NA is similar though. Add a header, delete the TID. No FCD on an NA.

If your talking about a N/A second gen car, I would sell it and add it to your 1300bucks towards a TII, but thats just me. he he. Mod'ing a TII is going to make you much happier...

Alright what about with $1800 and already have a newly rebuilt engine and everything is perfect?
