How do i make my n/a faster
i was wondering how to make my 86 na faster, it handles great due to kyb agx shocks and eibach prokit and i already have a straight pipe header apexi n-1 duals and an intake, i was just wondering if anyone has done any mods and which were good and what not.
The only two things that 'we' have found that are really worth the $ on a n/a is 1) a FULL DUAL exhaust like the one Racing beat makes and 2) an aluminum flywheel. Yes you can actually make some more power with a well tuned carbeurator, however for a street car I don't think you want to go there...
Actually after those mods I would suggest porting the manifold. All of the flanges between the intakes L,M,U need to be expanded as well as installing some 6p racing sleeves. This combined with the TB mod should yield around 15-20 hp. Thats what both mazdaspeed7 say and Agent D. Also if your running really rich u can get lots of power with a s-afc.
