If you want to go faster, do it right. Get a real turbo with the fuel, ignition and tuning to take advantage of it.

G made 373 on his stockers non seq and i made 360 seq @ 15psi stock motor
btw, i think when G said 18psi he was referring to the supra. could be wrong.
ramy just get some injectors and turn up the boost. that will provide a fix for alittle while.

I also was making great power on twins at 15psi for two years. I never said it was not safe. I said the turbo efficency range is down at 12-13 psi. Read my post.

Here was Ernie T's @ 13psi, and Dick Lamberts @ 15psi. Like I said, not a huge difference.

EDIT and note that you might have to click the link a couple of times to get the proper graph to show. However I think I proved that what I originally posted is accurate.

Hey, at least you aren't a sore loser. heh
Are you getting rid of the wing when the car is getting its makeover?
Offtopic: Ramy, you look a LOT different than I pictured you. lol
And speaking of the C6 Z06, a local guy just picked his up from the dealer. Too bad my car is a few years away from hanging with that car. jeez what a machine.

Not true, efficiency goes down around 14.5 lbs. 15 PSI definetly makes a good amount more power, probably 20 hp more. People usually make around 360-370 at that range correct? How did boostd7 make 400 whp at 19 lbs. if more boost doesn't make more power? When the efficiency goes down it leads to less hp per lb. of boost.

SkEltAh, didja read the RC51 thread? Cuz there's quite a few ppl on there who'd STRONGLY disagree w/ ya - including quite a few bikers

In any case, it's all good. I got nothing to prove. Just sharing my experiences with the forum. There's ALWAYS gonna be some disbelievers in the crowd. Thanks for your comments

SkEltAh, you didn't need to show me a pic...I anticipated it
I mean...it's not so much an issue of disagreement here. I KNOW what happened...your opinion (while respected) doesn't change the facts.
I would be up your way in a heartbeat, but as I mentioned earlier, the car's leaving tomarrow to Gotham, and I'm leaving very early Sunday morning...so no dice. Unless you're gonna come down here tonight...

Its too cold
Cold roads+ cold tires + high speeds = dead sportbike rider.
And really im just busting your *****. I'd never run this thing flat out on the street..
Theres just something about keeping all my body parts attached :P I've had it up to around 130 (indicated) and even that was little too scary.

This sounds like a Supra I need to run
My closest races ever were:
Modded Supra - beat him about 5/7 times, tied once, and he pulled some on me once. In order to have a chance, he had to "brake boost" where we'd set up a roll at 40 mph, and he'd floor it and brake at the same time to build boost. (he has auto tranny). I didn't brake boost, so I had to spool my turbo still. In a totally fair race with him NOT brake boosting, I won each time
Porsche GT2 - did 3 highway runs from 60-130 or so. I walked him each time, but not by much. The brakes on that thing were awesome too!

Oh yeah and I'm up for racing the GSXR as long as we start from at least 60+ mph
My only confirmed bike kill (meaning good rider that claimed he was going flat out) was on a puny 600 cc FZR, and I clobbered him. I've had runs vs. a CBR 900 RR and some various assorted 600-750 bikes and I pulled them all, but I don't know if it was their bike that lost, or they lost their nerve. I ride an SV-650, so I totally understand that bikers sometimes don't WANT to go all out because the risks for them are so much higher than for the "cagers".
