fd vs. ws6 vs. turbo ss vs. evo9... vids.
took the fd out tonight and ran with a few v8's. first run was with the full bolt on ls6 motor trans am. good run, he got the slight tq jump on me but i reeled him in pretty good. just for the record he never let off, i started pulling good up top. second race was a 6 psi turbo ss camaro with a ls1. i got a jump on him but the outcome was the same. the ls6 and the turbo ss are about even, that trans am moves very well. lastly my buddy in his evo ran with the turbo ss. it was a short run but they were very close, its an evo 9 full bolt on, fmic, etc.. running 30 psi on pump..... here are the vids. it was dark so quality is low.

yea i try my best. its funny because they wernt talking **** but they were slouching on the evo 9. the turbo ss was like "you want to race from a 40 roll?" with a laugh and a chuckle. we said yea why not, he replys with "you will have no shot my turbo is in range" so i replied with "dont slouch on the evo 9 and btw if you take him ill run with the rx" still acting like we were going to get our asses handed. wound up going the other way... lol. either way they were cool guys they just didnt expect the outcome.

on the second race i did jump on the 2nd honk, i said that on the first post. i beat him pretty badly either way, my camera girl didnt move the camera over so you could not see. the ws6 and the turbo ss are almost dead even so that can give you an idea. on the ws6 he told me it was swaped to an ls6, im guessing they were both in the high 300's/low 400's for hp.

Good kill, if it was stock only had in the range of 300 rwhp/rwtq to put it in perspective
edit: swapped ls6 = 325-370 rwhp/tq, so your 385hp and about a 1k lighter, yeah, that would be the outcome in the video lol

a turbo ls1 only dynoing 430 is disgusting that should be a 500whp car no problem, supercharged ls1's make high 400s easy on 6psi and turbos are way easier to make power....andto the guy who does an ls6 swap needs to be shot, there are cam only ls1s that put more power than the compete ls6 swap(thats h/c/i) its like u were running the special olympic class of ls1's good kills though, love FD's

r1988t, the turbo ss had the sts remote kit which on there site is 417whp or something. its one of those turbos in the rear of the car. as for the ws6 full bolt on with lsx whatever it was/is keeps up with the turbo ss so it does pretty well for a n/a.
also thanks for all the responces.
