Smile Civic si vs Fc

So i was crusin down lake lansing road, and i notice some very low riding lights so i slow down a little bit to see if they want to pull over and talk or something and a civic si pulls up, had a very nice looking body kit on it, and obviously it was lowered, and like all civics, it had a fart can. It was a newer one, not really sure of the year..

so anyway we both hit it, he had me at the bottem of 2ed gear because i didnt know we were racing, but i quickly catch up and hold him dead even, then i give her full throttle and pull ahead by a few feet.

by this time i was at the top of 3ed gear getting ready to hit 4th when i see a VERY sharp turn in front of us, so i instantly downshift to 2ed and pop the clutch, and get as sideways we i have ever gotten, and some how i recovered it, i look in my rearview mirror, and the civic trys the same move but ends up spinning out. It was a little too intense for my liking, but hey, it was an empty road and i refuse to be taunted by a civic and not show him whos boss.

*sigh* that was fun.

Silly fwds thinking they can drift. Good kill. Was it the brand new body style or the body style before the newest?

It was the body style before the brand new si. I want to say it was an 03 or around that area. I hate hondas... but those new si's are pretty good looking. anyway, yeah, i think it was an 03. and thanks.
