90 N/A Rx7 vs. Dodge Hemi vs. turbo eclipse

I was going home around 1 in the mornin the other night, after seeing "Crash" ( a awesome movie), a random 3 wide highway race ensued. I just think it's so funny how you go out on a friday night for 3 hrs looking for a race and never get one. They always just seem to happen when you really don't care. The eclipse must have noticed I was a 7 because he went out of his way to get beside me. And then magicly the truck appears out of nowhere. At this point I tell my G/F to jump out becuase she putting 120 lbs. on my car, but she doesn't take the hint Anywho, we all line up doing a 60 mph roll. First off ; I hate a 60 mphy roll, if i go to 2nd i'll have to shift in 2 seconds, and if I go to 3rd, I'm below my powerband. So i tried to get them to slow down a little bit because ive never been beat on 2nd gear roll. They know what i'm trying to do and don't follow. At that point I was like **** it, so i went down to 3rd, did a 3 honk and took off. I knew that the eclipse would take me because of my horrible rpm position. I took the hemi by 2 and a half lenghts and the eclpise had me by a good one and a half. We went up to 120 and thats it. Idk, just thought it was fun. But id love to take the eclpise from a good dig.

That's pretty damn good. Those Hemi's are pretty quick for being trucks. I have raced a few and they remind me of 15 second cars.
I would have bet that the hemi would take the eclipse. I'm guessing the eclipse was turbo or that the trucks I have raced were not stock.
Cool kill.

Cool kill.
a stock turbo DSM can take those trucks easily.

Anti-Rice-Cannon: Did you get sight of what type of the badging on the eclipse? GST? GSX? If it was a GSX you would NOT want to take it from a stp[.

I do believe that it was a Gs-T and the tuck was stock except for its exhust mabey. I know that those GS-t can be extremley fast, and to tell you the truth; it pretty much took me. My first car(truck) ever was a 2003 Dodge Hemi and I thought that was the fastest thing on the planet until i came to the hard, cold fact that it was something like 5500 pounds heavy.

Oh cool, yeah when you said you wanted to race it from a dig. I assume you meant it was a front wheel drive.. You probably would beat it from a dig, so try to find the guy and REMATCH! heh
