Here are some shots of the AWR bar.
Here's the link to the AWR product:
Sway Bar - Speedway Style Front - AWR Racing Store
I can measure the diameter if you want, not sure what the rate is, and don't feel like taking it off to measure. Will probably measure my modified rear bar though. Hope that helps.

Took a few other shots tonight:
Got my housings and rotors cleaned up. This weekend will start building the jig to bore the periph ports in the housings so I can replicate the setup easily. Also have Mazda race bearings in the rotors. Will lighten and balance the assembly.
Thought this picture came out nicely.
New lightweight rear calipers.
Cleaned these up to sell them. Very nice condition S5 plates.
Dave and I made the container for the fuel cell. Need to make the lid, but the guy who borrowed my circular saw nearly cut his finger off over the weekend and I feel bad for asking for it back to cut the material.
RB Race header, 1.75" ID primaries.
Dual 1.75" stainless to 2.5" single. Need to build a couple of mufflers but need engine mocked up so I can figure out exactly how much room I will have. Need to maximize this so I wont need to hack something together to meet sound regs.
And heres Dave.
Polished up the taillights, look brand new!

Yeah this chassis had a lot of miles on it. The spot welds from the factory can loosen up, but also just improving upon the integrity of the chassis itself. Was also a nice refresher for me to get back into MIG welding.

Copy and pasted from our blog because I'm a lazy typer.
So we finally begin the engine build. First off we need to build a jig to bore the peripheral port holes in the housings. Will be some 3/8" steel plate to securely hold the housings so we can make bores and cuts to precise tolerances and do it repeatable.
Bought some 180 degree bends from Columbia Mandrel Bends. Have both 2" and 2 1/2" for the intake, and some 2 1/4" for the exhaust.
Cleaned up these S5 housings, in pretty decent shape. Have a few more sets we plan on doing as well. Will most likely build 2 versions of these.
These are the S5 high compression rotors we are going with as well. Cleaned them up, and will be milling the sides of them to lighten them, and then balance them as well. Will get the whole rotating assembly dynamically balanced.
Not sure if these are the plates we'll use but they are in pretty good shape. The ports would need to be filled with some steel epoxy.
Also have been working on getting the fuel cell in and the fuel lines plumbed up. Have plenty of room under the rear of the car to mount this behind the diff and still have plenty of room to build a good sized diffuser.
Bought these Racing Beat race headers a year or two ago to use with this engine. Should work well but if not we'll make our own. The headers will mate up to this:
Hand made flange and dual 1.75" runners to single 2.5" main. Once we can get the engine in the car, we can work on routing the rest of the exhaust.
