I corner balanced my car this week.
CG height = 19.2" (measured with rear 4" off the ground. I need to check the +/-, since this isn't very high)
2500#
52% front
51% left
My car is somewhat lightened, but I believe most of the weigh reduction happened near or below the CG, so it probably didn't help in that regard. In summary: LS1+T56, single 3.5"exhaust, no interior aside from dash, gutted doors, alum hood, no headlights or bumpers, still have HVAC with heater.
My ride height with 25" tires Probably not much lower than stock unfortunately. That damn frame rail over the front tire ruins the fun.

we pulled the aero off on sunday afternoon, and the car was actually balanced pretty well. grip was worse, but much more balanced. i do believe the splitter is doing more than the wing- big wing time!
i also noticed that the endplates have a huge affect on stability when sliding, even at low slip angles. the car was way snappier without them.
