are the e-stop buttons the same as kill switches? if so are they sufficent to pass scrutineering, or do you have to put in a dedicated kill switch as well? I am seriously considering using this system, am very interested how you find it.

these switches have nothing to do with the rules, I've installed these on my own. I have the required battery switch. these switches are strictly to increase the level of safety, it was an option made possible through the ISIS system. So far I haven't found anything I would change with this system.

I seriously think a fellow should wire the entire car, take it all apart and then do it again, taping and doing ties. My car has taught me a great deal of what not to do. One of my early goals was to put the relays where the current was needed, allowing for less big wire in the car. Turns out it is a pain in the a$$. I have four relays, two for fuel pumps in the back of the car (1 for both lift pumps) and one for rad fan and one for ignition in the front. I also did the entire car with breakers, so it was a lot of hand fabbing of the panel. Next car I'm going to lay it all out, get all the wires run, loosely taped and then, when everything is in, start cutting things to length, soldering them in and doing connectors. I'm also seriously thinking about using a pre-built marine breaker panel. I also plan to use a dash unit with the Microtech and use way fewer gauges.
Lately, I plan too much and do too little. Good job doing more.

here's my latest addition to the project. it's a two stage pump attached to an electric motor. I saw something similar in a race car and when I called they wanted way to mu$h, so I just made it myself for about half the $. I'll be using it for the tranny and diff fluids. the pump is from raceline pumps and the motor is from a shurflo pump I had laying around, a couple of hours and some aluminum and a little welding later, viola!
here it is in its new home
next on the list is a heat shield for the headers

That looks good Al. Did that really work out cheaper than a Tilton diff oil pump? I guess once you buy two pumps, I guess it probably would
Are you going to control the pump based on oil temps? If you are, can ISIS handle that, or will you use the ECU to handle it? I've read that some diff/gearbox oils are too thick for the Tilton pump (as an example) when they're cold, do you think this will be an issue at all with this pump?

Hmm. Diff oil is generally 75w90 (to pick a common one) but motor oil more like 5w50 (once again, to pick a common one), that says to me the diff/transmission fluid will be more viscous than the engine oil it was designed for - are you sure the motor and pump will handle it OK?

I got some more work done on the car, we cut some louvers to relieve pressure from the front wheel well.
here's the sticker template I had made
here it is after cutting
here's Rob doing his thing
here you can see the stringers I made to hold the fenders, they turned out a LOT sturdier than I expected
The fenders are Shine Auto fiberglass deals.
