Hello from greece. I am an owner of a 1995 fd3s and i said to my engineer to get me a powerfc and commander.
The problem is that he ordered the UNIVERSAL one (plus its cables to fit it on the rx7) so this means that it has no map loaded in for my car !!!!
The car is stock , only thing it has is a larger exaust system , air filters and a greddy fmic .
Where can i get the basemap that which is loaded on the power fc for fd3s ???
Can someone email it to me??

There is not a universal Power FC, they are model specific. Post up pics and the serial number/model number of what you have.
