Fuel Injection settings 550/2200

Need your guy's help regarding running OEM 550/2000. I got these Bosch injectors and the step up rails. I have the print out of dead times for them. I am also running powerfc. Should I run them at 43.5 psi? What about the 6v for injSc lag on "setting 5" of fc-edit? I don't see a 6v on that sheet. If I run 43.5 psi, do you have to adjust the 550 settings to accommodate for the increase presurre? Any help with settings for fc-edit, would help. Thanks

Setting up injectors is and has been covered already in great detail in this very section. Also, I don't think the power fc recognizes injectors that large

I have looked and even read the last thread regarding the same thing. I didn't see it cover how to adjust primary for 43.5psi. I did not see anything for 6v if I don't have a 6v listed on my sheet. Also why are these too big? Id2000 are technically 2200 and people run them???

6v doesn't matter since it's a 12v system. 43 is factory fuel pressure so there's no adjustment to be made. The power fc doesn't recognize an injector larger than 1800 or something. I don't remember the exact number. You can use whatever size you want but the power fc simply won't make use of the additional cc.

The PFC runs 2200cc without issue, it absolutely recognizes them, simply type in 2200 for secondary in fcedit.

If someone is using the commander, which the OP is not, the limit is 1500. Irrelevant in this thread.

I figured I will type in 2185 for secondary and 592 for primary. Since OEM pressure is 37.5 and new pressure is 43.5, the increase pressure should raise the 550cc to 592cc. Am I on the right track?

Not necessary. Just input the actual injector sizes and tune the car. You have complete control over the base map and fuel correction screens

That is if you want to be 100% accurate then you use the flow rate given for your base (0 psi boost) fuel pressure. But either way, you can tune AFR correctly as Banzai stated.

Reviving an old thread, I’ll be running the same set up using secondary from FFEand 2200cc. I only got the commander, I don’t have an fc edit or datalogit yet. Can I put them in the commander?

As stated, you will need a Datalogit and FC-Edit. If you are near a shop that can tune or has one they can hook it up for you.
