Especially considering it's inferior to, not meaning to be insulting, but essentially a RadioShack breadboard hack....

And ditto that rxcited2! When it comes to my engine it's VERY nice to see someone so committed to not cutting any corners!

Nice to see its still progressing as i to am looking forward to trying it.

Just a thought but i would be interested to see peoples views on the posibility of a programme like this automaticly correcting fuel cells live based on afr's ? and updating the pfc every 5 mins or so (dont know if this is even possible)
obviously some safty margins would have to be introduced like correction boundrys and afr ranges.

Can't believe that it is already 2 month since the last release, but here is the new version: http://www.fctune.com/download/FCTune_0_711.exe

I've fixed the bug that caused the crashed on some PCs as well as made the FC Commander Pro working.

Actually I've done way more than that, I've revised several thousand lines of codes to make them portable as well as allow automatic testing (unit tests). (Btw. FC Tune has now almost 114,000 lines)

I've 6 weeks vacation (residual leave) beginning 03/30, hopefully I get a little bit more done then.

My idea was to use the fuel correction map as the target AFR map and then compare it against the recorded AFRs. I guess the best way to do it is to suggest the changes to the base fuel map which the user can then either apply or discard.

Download FCTune_0_711 here. -> http://aiai.tistory.com/
The file can be corrupted when downloading. So, I zipped it and posted my blog.
If you FastHatch don't like it, I can it. Just send me a PM.

Also, there is "Skyline GT-R R34 (BNR34) v8.04a.rar" file.
FC Tune can't open the data file in it. The data is from BNR34 GTR, PowerFC ver. 8.04A So, I opened with Honda dat file for a test & the program looks awesome.

p.s. Do you (FastHatch) know that there are two different kinds of FC-BOX (Datalogit box)?
Beige one and the Black one. I am guessing that they are little bit different.

Please don't host it on other websites. I would like to avoid that older versions (probably with known bugs) are still available for download somewhere.

Reproduced. Will be fixed immediately.

Also map watch doesn't open in this release, I've forgotten to add a file to the executable. Sorry, my fault.

I just had a look at the file, the file is corrupted*. Where is the file coming from?

*I know that FC Edit opens the file, but nevertheless there are several invalid lines in the file which FC Edit just ignores.

Same question here. I might get a GM 3 BAr map sensor and wornder how this needs tobe merged into the PFC .

Any settings to be changed/adjusted to have the ECU read the MAP sensor correctly?

Anyone get to use the newest verion of FC-Tune yet with out any ill effects on a FD3s? Meaning while tuing no software crashes or errors. I'm scared to try it out without knowing if its actually working 100%. The interface looks great, good job!

Jay7..
