You can buy the apexi usa software and run that. I have used it before on my friends RB25. The Apexi software dosn't work with the AP RB20 PFC tho so I'm screwed. It's suppose to be around 250-300. Cheaper than datalogit. Registering the software is a pain tho, It's on my laptop and not my friends lol. If he wants to put it on his laptop he has to call Apexi to get a new serial number for the activation .

 

can you PLEASE support RB25DET....

I was trying to tune with the datalogit software on the weekend and its slowly turning to ****. Hanging, failing, and often I had to turn the car off at 100km\ph to reset the powerfc because it wouldn't respond anymore...

Save us with FC-Tune!

And just for the record, the RB25DET is the majority in Australia, being more used than the GTR..

please please please add support for the RB25 - you will have so many people heaps happier.

Which version of the RB25DET are we talking about? (2.20E, 2.32A, 4.35A, 5.01A, 5.10, 5.11)

It would be great if you could scan the PFC. Just the select the correct adapter and com port and then click scan. No data will be written to the PFC.

1st post! YESSS!!!

After reading 52 pages of this thread and the original thread from way back when, I almost felt obliged to register and give kudos. Kudos to FastHatch for doing what you do and keeping the ball rolling on this. Kudos to the rest of you as well, who continue to give feedback, testing results and support. In both cases, its often a thankless job.

Now, the "real" reason I registered: I'm personally in the process of trying to track down the datalogit hardware seeing as your hardware may not be ready for some time. That said, I'd feel a whole lot better knowing that I won't be handcuffed to FCEdit software forever... so my question is: Is Subaru support on the horizon somewhere? Its it even on the radar at this point? Just looking for some peace of mind more than anything.

Yes, I plan to add support for most models in April / May during my vacation. This week (currently) I'm sitting at a training center for Microsoft certifications (MCP/MCTS) and then I need to prepare for the business studies and business informactics exams the next two weeks. After that I've 3 or 4 weeks to work almost exclusive on Tune

 

I feel the pain on certs, my ccna and server cert are going to expire next month

 

I got my mcp in NT 4.0 back in 99 lol that test sucked. I think I'll try and do it again and go all the way since I have money to pay for the test.

 

Does that mean there is a preconceived release date of April/May?
