Calling all AFR expert, need your opinion

Hey I finally got a minute to get my supposed to be tune map to upload, anyway i was able to see what another forum chart is and mind and now I question my tuning afr is this chart (mind) will considerd somewhat lean? The AFR_target_somewhat_aggressive chart looks to be a better chart to use which posted by our famous forum member Aghrx, also if I change the setting to his chart will it affect my timing and other stuff that related to the tunning?
Thanks,
Khris

Your map looks like the tuner recalculated the base, (which is the correct thing to do) then took out a little more fuel at idle. You should not input correction factors from someone elses map, without knowing the base map settings you could easily cause damage to your engine.

If you change the pull down option back to correction from AFR your map will be all 1.00 with a few lower numbers for the idle cells.

You only can tune AFR with a wideband!

Hey thanks for the info, I do have the AEM wideband, however the main reason for the post was to figure out if I am currently running lean because its set for 14.70 when compare to Aghrx setting, also for the idle part fuel I did that because it was running to lumpy.

I don't think you understand these maps and how to tune, you have a lot to learn. It would be easier to explain and tell you how it works over a phone call, send me your number I can help, or do a lot more research and learning.

Does the wideband say you are running lean?

All you are showing is the injector correction screen in AFR, the PFC does not have autotune, where you can input a desired AFR and it will try to tune the car for you. I have already explained why yours are all 14.70, all the corrections were recalculated to the base map (4th tab).

It does not matter that someone else did not recalc there base map, do not use that for comparison.

I did read it wrong thanks for the input, I am newbie to data logger info however I never mess with maps I always get the car tune by professional's.
Thanks for the input.

That "map" I posted is a conceptual thing. It's a guideline for one possibly way you could set up your fuel targets. It's not a map where you can literally punch in an AFR and then get that AFR as measured by a wideband o2 sensor.

tom94RX-7 and Banzai Racing know their stuff.

I hope this wont be concidered hijacking the thread but I am tuning my own car . using only the power FC lol its a slow process I tune it slowly .

I've got the

WOT at 11.5 a/f at 11 psi . which I plan to up to 12 after my meth injection is installed .

my cruise I have almost perfect atleast in my opinion I'm at 14.5- 15 a/f .

Now my uneasiness is partial throttle . partial throttle I am at around 5-6 psi I'm getting 13 a/f is this good ? should I work on making those cells richer ? since hte car is running well right now I wanted to ask before I touched it some more . if I open the throttle up a bit more it instantly goes into the 11's so its just partial throttle at that psi range . I could also I guess use the pressure based adjustment since it seems to be uniformed around all RPM ranges that it does the same thing .

yes , lower RPM's bracket between 2k and around 3400 . in every gear .. sort of like cruising range , then I want to pass someone and give it a little gas rather then downshifting . sort of moments.

I richened up the P10-15 from 2k-3200 by around 4% and it seems to of worked with it being in the 12's now

but if this is the wrong way to go around doing it let me know

You should be fine either way, at least in that rpm and load range
