I am very confused by the "sound wave pipe" and jut out. What does that do for the sound? Also no flex pipe?

Sound wave pipes change the sound of the exhaust system. Some OEMs use it to change the sound to make cars sound better and some use it to tune out drone at certain RPMs by targeting certain frequencies by adjusting the length and diameter of pipe.

ah, I’m in the process of buying a 2jz swapped rx7. I haven’t seen the car yet but I do want to slap on a Veilside Kit to it so I was researching about the hood fitment and stuff.

did you get bumpsteer issues? I read through Yoshifd3s’s thread and he moved the rack forward instead of down, seems like he removed any bumpsteer issue that comes with lowering the engine.
