Worked out pretty good, 2 sorts to choose between also.
The only thing that doesn't work is my mobile camera

I would think the tube ends would be better than the rod ends, less moving parts less things to fail.

This weekend I made some of my brackets for suspension. It dropped suddenly and has gone very well. Starting to agree with the TIG-welder, and begin to realize that TIG is for us who can not MIG / MAG
It is slow and calm

Then weld all as much as possible before it is installed in the car to where also welded into the frame.
The sole purpose of avoiding weld so much in uncomfortable positions

Then the most important today
I was to pick my crank! Finally!
Now it's just for me to continue with splines etc.. Let the pictures speak for themselves

Isn't she beautiful??

Have some thoughts.
Do not know exactly how to setup my 4 rotor.

I can build a full throttle PP, much power on high rev.
Or perhaps a Semi-PP little more driveability, longer curves?
Or, finally, a complete side-port setup?
Sideport-setup takes som heavy mods on the FD-plates, but nothing is impossible.

I would rather not overcharge, but it might be a possibility together with the side port and low boost.

This first setup will not be a power-setup, it would be a road-legal-version if it's possible.

What do you think?

Full Throttle PP, much easier to make it all fit and simpler.

Brad.

Make yourself proud.
Easy is done by many, hard is for the talented ones.
Are you talented?
I think so. :-)

Or like the English dude. Semi PP and Full bridge or if you have more side plates then necessary try both

Everything looks good, but I'm confused? they only ground the surfaces where the front and rear lobes attach to the e-shaft? the lobes themselves don't look heat treated yet so I assume nothing has been ground on them?

go P port, its better than side port everywhere, and with EFI it'll drive like stock

IMO it idles way worse than a side port and gives up low end. But given the amount of work to go side port, pport seems like the obvious choice.

There are ways to make high overlap engine idle and drive like stock. Its all about minimizing exhaust dilution by lower intake vacuum I.e. more opened throttle plates in combination with less timing to minimize torque output at these low load yet high airflow conditions.

Thing with low-end power is bulshit. Every chart which compares side port and peripheral port engine on equal basis I.e. same intake closing timing, clearly shows that peripheral ported engine has superior output everywhere.

I would go with MFR optimized peripheral ports - baseline which is proved to work and play with intake and exhaust to get what you want

Last friday I recived some new parts.
1pc front, 1pc rear, and 3pc intermediate-plates from FD.

But I'm still looking for good housings... I have 2pc S4 N/A-housings that I can use, the other two are just for mockup.
The best would be to find 2 S4 N/A, or get 4 new ones...

Let the mods begin :-)
