Thanks to a friend i finally got a very short little vid of the car running around the house. I had some issues with my base map is why it doesn't quite sound right at first but i got them sorted out in time to take it for a little spin.

so the car is for the track only right? because you cant downshift with that shifter and tranny, right. You have to do a complete stop to put it back in 1st, right

No, it is primarily a street car. You can downshift with that trans/shifter, you just have to match the RPMs. If you watch the video close i downshift into second before pulling into the driveway.

Thank you!

Not painted yet. I want to make a few passes down the track before the paint goes on. Just in case something happens.

GREAT build!!! I love this thing more and more. Im doing a similar build with a '85 rx7, minus the mini tub and GT42. ~

I was wondering what pulleys you are using and where i can get a set??? Looks like a mini blower set up. LOVE IT!

Looks nice. I might be selling my Gilmer drive kit soon, still not sure. I've gotten somewhat bored of it.

Thanks a lot. I have actually been changing a few things lately to take it to the next level. I installed a xcessive motor sports lower intake manifold and four 1680cc injectors. I plan to install four more 1680cc injectors in the upper intake manifold so i can make some big numbers on the next motor. I plan on running methanol and wicking the boost up to about 40 PSI. I am trying to decide if i should go ahead and upgrade my entire fuel system with #10 feed, #8 return, and a mechanical pump. I also picked up a spare REW that i can build while i still drive the car.

Finally got the fuel rail and lower done. 4-1680cc injectors, now i just need to finish the upper and the fuel/intake system is done. I cant decide if i am going to go ahead and change the ignition over to direct fire before i have it tuned or not. I can't wait till the car is done but i keep finding things i want done differently. Oh well now is the best time to do it!

I say do the direct fire before hand, and damn man. I really want to see this thing running. Its been for seemingly ever since I found out about this car, and its just jaw dropping how insane it is going to be. Get it done already! lol
