I think the ACT 6 puck Z65-HDR6

I also have HKS twin plate in storage, but it needs new discs and heard that they are loud. So Im not sure if I want to use that one. I think the ACT will work just fine.

now the next part is on the way

Nice find 87 GTR

Looks to me like you have the SX (Sports Extra) model.

Do you still see many 20B JC's about in Japan?

yeah still see some 20B JC's around. but they are getting harder and harder to come by. You can pick one up for around 5 ~10k

This one is a 13B but it seams get off the line a little faster than 20B I had. and 0 - 100km is too close to tell a difference

I think it is because the 13B Sports have 4.3 rear and the 20B get 3.9.

I got a really good deal on this car. I had bought it just to take the motor out, but after driving it I'm going to mod it up some and drive it for while. Some the reasons for going with a 13B this time

it not going to cost as much to mod the car.
if i blow it up the rebuild for 2 rotor is alot cheaper.
I dont have to spend crazy amount money to buy an ecu that will run a 3 rotor
I'm 99% sure I can get the apex powerfc that I have for FD to run engine ( just need to get the ECU pin out for the Cosmo ECU ).
I can still make an easy 450 ~ 500hp with a two rotor.
and with all that extra room in the front I can build duct system to force all the air over the intercooler and rad.

I opened the truck and found a RE Amemiya tower bar in there

LOL I think the fan shroud is bigger than the engine is LOL
The owner before me build a neat cold air box

a few days ago turned the key on an I could hear what sounded like a cd spin up. I tracked it down and found a dvd player under the passenger seat and sony gps navi / video in the glove box

Nice. I hear its really expensive to own a car in Asia. Limited parking and strict smog laws and everything. You must be pretty well off.

How much power does that thing make? Does it compare to a Lexus SC? Cosmo is a luxury brand right? Sorry, I'm a newb. I know I can google, but I'm trying to make conversation.

I think stock it was 230 hp. I have never driven a Lexus SC so I cant really compare it. here in Okinawa its not to bad to own a car I would guess about the same to own one in the states.

well never count your mounts until they are mounted on the car. turns out the deal I had for a trans mount has fallen apart. his brother gave it away when cleaning out their garage. so im looking for a mount.

just waiting for all the parts to show up. I ordered a clutch kit. Then I need to find a shop to swap the drive shaft yokes. I been told that they will have to cut them off and weld the FC yoke on the cosmo shaft then get it balanced out.
