OK, maybe not kill, but I'd trade my wife for it... Maybe even my wife AND my FC, the 2 headaches in my life!

Yeah but your in LA. I'm trying to find on closer to home, CT, NY, NJ, MA, ME.
Prefer to find one without a motor since I have 2 13B N/A engines & trannys and 95% of a RE engine already. Figure even an N/A would be an intresting swap.

today i got the pin out had to drill two holes cause the first atempt was off a little

im taking the tail housing etc to a local welder to weld my two holes and the shifter housing in place. He can also cut the shifter rod and tube 6 1/4" smaller plus duplicate where the aligment pin goes..

Wow Thats good stuff. You will like that trans with the Turbo.
I cheated and used a series 1 RX-7 trans. Bolts right in and shifter is in line. I'm NA though.

i shortened a gsl tranny the same way to put in my 808 i had. but only the distance of the 4 mounting bolts of the remote mount, going from 4 bolts to 2. worked excellent. removing the tail housing allows that shaft to rotate enough to drive the roll pin out without having to drill those holes like u did.

mounted my ecu and put a hole through the firewall today. i need to get the engine in next weekend so i can route all the wires etc and figure where to put the relays etc couldnt fit the emission harness plug through my grommet looks like i might have to cut or depin the plug and then put it back together.

theres a cubby that goes under the glovebox which will hide the ecu plus protect it from peoples feet.

just brought a roll of this tubeing for new fuel lines 3/8" will be for supply and return.

Right-on! Looks to be coming along pretty well. I own one as well and is my daily driver as of late. It's carbureted, sure would like to go e.f.i. though. Well, keep up the good work and determination.
