Chris, I want those wheels. They are so close to what I have on the 2nd gen it's not even funny. Before you cut up the widebody you found, maybe you should see if someone will by it as a shell.

blwfly 05-19-07 05:43 PM

few things need to be fixed like the headlight wireing
can i use a 1st gen speedo cable??

but scott i wont those flare's on my car:) !!!!!!

blwfly 05-31-07 12:16 AM

DriveFast7 05-31-07 12:23 AM

i bought a new speedo cable on ebay years ago. can't remember if it was for a b1600 or not. rx7........honestly never compared it. a good junkyard trip.

trochoid 05-31-07 05:24 AM

Don't you have a 1st gen cable laying around, maybe from the parts lot with the last 7 you bought

blwfly 06-04-07 10:18 PM

which way am i supposed to turn the adjusters to losin the brakes i have turned them anti clockwise alot on both and the damn drum still wont come off... any pointers..

also on one i cant get a set screw out "can i just drill the screw out?? and not worry bout replacing it?

Tom93R1 07-24-07 07:47 PM

the drums need to be pressed out with those screws, or if you can get a drum pulled from the local parts store it will have a slide hammer to get them off.

Mazdaorbust 07-26-07 07:14 PM

Repu

Congrats on your repu. I have a 75 repu which I am working on. It gets more looks than my brothers rx7. I think it great.

I'D KILL TO HAVE THAT TRUCK!!!
I've been trying for over a year now to find one in even semi-decent condition here in the Northeast. Yours is espically clean.

Good find!
