There's a 1000 post that say the 12 rotor will never run then you post a video of it running and one person says congrats? What do you have to do these days to impress people? Make it run on water or something? (that will be next week)

Just got off work now, and I wanted to say BIG CONGRATS on getting that thing running man! Now we need to schedule a club meet to see that thing running in person to get the full effect it needs :-) At least now you can point all the naysayers to a link and let them see it run. Looking forward to more and especially seeing it the boat flying across the water. Good job Tyson!

after all the time and engineering in this thing and when it came down to turning it over and the starter was not strong enough to spin it any faster then 70 rpm which it only had 40 psi compression running it that slow, burnt up a couple starters then had some custom made then it would turn 120 rpm and had around 70 psi, then decided to run it at 24 volts, 200 rpm and 125 psi compression. started right up..

don't take take much from my impressions. if i had a full machine shop(well much more thorough than what i have) and handfuls of time this stuff isn't really that difficult.

the rotary isn't a hugely complicated engine to build, but to make it last and produce good power is the next goal.

Talk is cheap that's why Bigyellowcat had to do it rather than typing his keyboard like you and others that doubted him.

It would be nice for someone that criticize to do something to contribute rather than his keyboard. I'm positively sure there's anyone on this forum can even come close to this magnitude. I'm sure he doesn't need your negative gay keyboard fingers or (criticism) to get the motor running, the $$$$ he invested motivate him enough already. Now sit back and watch history in the making

Welcome to the rotary community . Were failure is highly embraced, rather than acomplishment is not so interesting. But congrats on your hard work and countless hours involved in this pice of art work.
