Sorry i have been busy working on the engine but I will start this thread again.. thanks for all the good comments and support on the other thread...
I will try to update this thread as often as i can...
Now that the cat is out of the bag this will not be as much fun as when i was only showing little pieces of the engine and making people wonder... but here it is...
i will try to answer questions the best i can...

we are working on a 4 rotor straight engine and a 4 rotor two rotor long and two rotor above engine that will fit better into a rx7 length wise. with only small hood modification not having to redesign the car to get a long engine to fit..

I'm from kansas city and if I ever go back to visit family you've GOT to let me check out your shop. If someone was interested in a 3 or 4 rotor shaft, is it something mere mortals could afford?

Just so I'm clear. Your talking about a short crank eccentric shaft that uses standard intermediate plates instead of the thick one from the 20B? If that's the case are you going to be able to find a workaround to prevent eccentric shaft flex? Kiwi-RE is using some type of roller bearings from what I can remember.

Short eccentric yes, but I'm not using anything from Mazda I make every piece of the engine from scratch, so no on the 20b thick, but also no on the smaller intermediate plate.
Kiwi is trying to use factory stuff and designs is why they have that problem, I designed this engine from scratch and addressed those problems.

I think he's talking about doing a side-by-side 4 rotors. 2-2.

I'm at awe! A video please! What is the material of the housing surface where rotor makes contact? Also a pic of your rotores if possible? I just wonder how long it will be before someone has it on a car at the dragstrip? Wow!!!

i'm loving this.

all are your rotors the same size?

Ever considered doing a motorcycle rotary from scratch? something around 800CC's and maybe a 1x1. like your 2x2 idea. or maybe just a 1 rotor 300ish cc?

Mad Props! pun intended.

I will post a video soon.. I have the engine back apart to put a coating inside the water jackets in case we run the engine in the ocean to keep the aluminum from getting ate away by the salt water..
when i get it back together and all the accessory brackets made were going to make alot of videos of it running... our dyno will not handle this much power so were working on finding a dyno that can handle lots of hp for extended periods of time and I will have a live feed on the internet of us dynoing the engine..

I put videos on youtube all the time so dont worry i will have it on there soon.
here are a couple of my videos...

this is a video of what we are going to do with these engines.. i took these videos out of a helicopter taping a couple of my friends running there boats.

here are some engines we have done... i know there piston but this is why i dont have a video on here yet.. notice there all finished and clean and look good.. when this engine is at this point I will put the videos on here.
