Have never doubt you
Congrats!

well... the next step is get the turbos and have the exhaust pieces made to mount them.
I'm thinking two 115 mm to start with.

Tyson... congrats! It was great meeting you and your GF at Sevenstock. Myself (yellow FD) and the rest of the Arizona crew REALLY enjoyed helping you unload that beast the night before and hanging with you at the pool POST event! You're a class act my friend, and I give you MAJOR Kudos for following your dream and sticking with it when others would have thrown in the towl. It's an inspiring piece of engineering work!

Happy Thanksgiving. Here's to the future success of your design!

Holy ****!!! The exhaust pulse alone will move the boat forward!! Well done, have been waiting for this.

2 turbos? Surely 3 would be the most sensible option seen as you you have 3 banks of 4 rotors?

there are only two holes in the back of our boats for exhaust so I made this engine have only two exhaust pipes comming out of it.. the center row of rotors have two that the exhaust go the left pipe and two that go out to the right pipe

Congrats on the startup, that is an awesome accomplishment. I don't know if its just the soundstream but it sounds like a volkswagen bug race engine that my buddy runs. I am still a little skeptical on how long it will last but I wish you the best and hope it lasts a long long time.

another video.. this time I closed the cover on the gopro so the mic would not distort as much but being a sealed water tight unit it still cuts out some of the high frequency but this is a little closer to what it sounds like.

I didn't even notice that. There's so much going on with your engine I can't actually tell what is what!!

I'm going to plug my head phones in now to listen to the engine as the iPhone speakers don't do it justice.

most of that time it was idle at 7-800 rpm
when I let the idle get low at that one point to see how low it would idle it was at 300 rpm
when I rev it in the other video it was going to around 7k. it speeds up alot faster then a normal rotary. there are alot more power pulses per crank revolution.

That is brilliant, I bet the equivalent petrol piston engine couldn't idle that low?!

Keep us updated.

What are you using to control the engine ecu wise? How many injectors are you using? Or am I being thick and you have managed to squeeze some carbs in there somewhere?
