looked at my brothers FD as I cleaned up my engine bay in my car (MR2) Got the motor out a few weeks ago and I'm prepping the engine bay to get some welding done as well as a repaint (gray vs white) and doing the fire wall+trunk fire wall with some lava mat. Still have tons to do on it before it's running again.

Right now my brother is more focused on his subaru that the RX7 but it's still on the to do list.

Been a while since I posted here, but I worked on the 91 today. Finally got my RPM switch hooked up for the 6PI and VDI. It made a huge difference, but I'm still in break-in miles. Adjusted my Newly installed Bi-Xenon HID lights. Also working on a customers build.
And my Wife just got me an old Wankel Engine Model. Thread here; https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...1#post10871351

Heres some pics.

I got the 7" rounds from Knecht's Auto Parts for my GSL-SE. Then just hooked up H4's to the stock harness. IIRC it was around $70 for that setup. Not HID, but better than a sealed beam. Looks nice too!

Good system. I say to all. dont pay 60 bucks for the cheep china ****. Sure it works. For awhile. But it fits like ****. and the balasts go out. and they send you a fake projection kit.. Ofcourse i knew this. But at least it was glass. Go with the real ****. Pay the extra money for Good electronics.

in the last week I've done my rear suspention, an el cheapo HID kit, with hella e codes, no projectors. I'm gonna keep some normal H4 bulbs in the car just in case I have an issue. 500 for lights is just too much. I can see paying 500 for alot of things but not lights.

I've burnt two connectors doing it like this. It works for awhile, but after about 8 months or so..... at least it did no other damage. just had to splice in a new pigtail.
