Lightbulb Rotary Dyno Session summer 2012 Portland

Putting a feeler out to see how many people we could put together to get a tuner in our area?

If you think you would be interested, and have a tuner and or location with good facilities in mind throw some ideas out and lets see if we can get enough interest to put something together.

Still need to get this car tuned up by a competent individual.

It's embarrassingly incomplete without that last little magic touch....

If anything comes up in our area, please get in touch with me.

I'm in the same boat. Just about ready to start tuning my haltech. I spoke with one of the guys at Trackforged and they offer a flate rate of $450 for rx7's.

I have also contacted ClaudioRX7 about doing a remote tuning seasion. BDC isn't even an option for me.

I feel you.

I have all the equipment to do it myself, and have joined and read the entirty of what information is out there, by the best people here.

I just dont feel competent enough to do it without direct personal guidance.

Not to talk ****, I dont know one way or another, but this was just posted in the "What did you do today" thread regarding Trackforged:

I skimmed through page after page of BDC tuning and concluded that:

1) Nobody agrees on who is a good tuner or not
2) Nobody wants to drive more than the length of their driveway to get their car to the tuner
3) Not much talk of N/A tuners, all turbos

I'm going to be trying my own hand at tuning in a Haltech F9 on a non-turbo 6-port. I'm hoping I'll be able to get it at least driveable so I can drive it over to whatever tune location is chosen.

Personally I have no problem driving 5-6 hours, so Seattle, Portland, makes no diff to me. It's all far away from here (Idaho border)

Basically what I'm saying is count me in! Granted I dont have the EFI installed yet, but thats first on the list after my interior redo.
