Set a budget and stick to it. It will help narrow the choices.

.................................................. ....best of luck......

I bet you can get a good running engine from bob for that, but i dont know anywhere you can get a rebuild for anywhere near that..

If you want to do it yourself you can get an atkins rebuild kit for a little more than 800.00....

$800?

It may be possible, if you supply all necessary parts.

If it's just a coolant seal that's gone bad it's somewhere around $400 in parts via Atkins...

[Reusing hard seals, plates, housings, rotors, springs.. Only replacing the bearings coolant seals/soft seals, and main seals]

That's how my vert is rolling [Ok.. So I did have to replace a plate and a housing.. but those are still used -- Expect to spend more than you plan on >_>]

As long as you do it, like in your garage, and the housings, the rotors, the seals and the bearings aren't too warn, but you can measure everything out to see if its within specs, if your lucky you http://www.atkinsrotary.com/index.php?pag=5 get kit A and done. But with those miles I'm not sure if the rotor housings wouldn't be too gauged. You'd have to be very careful to keep all seals/rotors/housings where they came from (used with used)... I say Plausible, but do you have the tools? Mechanical Ability?

Usually some people might spend between like 2000-4000...

Good luck!

My engines are tested for compression and also for holding coolant pressure.

I've got a couple 13b's that fit within your budget. https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showthread.php?t=855710

Delivery available.

PM me if you are interested.
