I saw a right hand drive R33 skyline last week driving around 148th in Bellevue. Though that's besides the point. It will be freaking awesome to see a RHD Rex running around.

 

oh yeah, that car.. I have seen that one before, he wanted 2500.00 for it when the engine was in.. I asked him who built the engine and he said his friend did.. Its an SE car with very high miles, i asked him about the rest and well, long story short. The cars not worth the trip, plus its in california. and **** that!

Update on the RHD project :
Got the us vins back on the rhd firewall and am not prepping the last few parts to have it all slid back togeather.. Then i am stepping back again and watching my master welder go to town on it.... Then the re-assembly begins! Pics soon

 

There was no question of the car being usdm , only of the stamped firewall vin and how it would be resolved. Questions answered.

 

I also saw a RHD 240 awhile back, right after I got my T2, He got smoked but the RHD was still sexy as hell. also one of the guys at forged drives a RHD supra,

 

Got the firewall set in perfectly and its been tacked in.. Going to do the final welding today and its ready for reassembly!!! Put on some s5 lights as well And marc hooked it up with what i needed to do the 5 lug swap! FD3S Engineering FTW!

I've wanted a RHD car since I was like 7 or 8 and saw corvette summer, RHD stingray. not a fan of the hood of that car, but I'm shure that was the **** back in the 70's. But a RHD in the states is unique, I'm shure other contrys kinda like the LHD's, or they just think were a bunch of morons and doing it wrong...

Joe buy the T2 engine. T2 for the FB, its an easy 250 HP. FD motors are expensive, and hard to come accross anyway. T2's are rare enough, but for 500, and suposably ran well, I'd be on it. **** if its there when I get my financial aid, I'll pick it up.

So, got it done today.... The welding and all parts are back to how it was, got it grinded smooth and had body seam filler put back on.. Tomarrow i will paint the metal and get it ready for reassembly!

i am the original owner of all the rhd stuff. glad to see it finally going somewhere. i still have the key for the ignition and doors. i forgot to give it to ehime.

i bought all the external parts i have been missing, and now just need to put them on, i still need the body kit i want for it.. I should have it on the road here soon, i bought a S5 motor that i should have paid off here soon.. And at this moment i am heading back out to get all the wiring and internals done
