Me and my friend just finished building a custom exhaust from the header back last night and started it up after making sure all our welds were good and nothing was going to leak. Fired it up and it sounds like theres an exhaust leak right where the header meets the flange, but it doesnt sound like a leak I've had before. My buddy said it's because the header needs to be ceramic coated so it doesnt echo and bounce all the sound through it making it sound ridiculously weird and tin-like right in front and deep from the back.

I've got a Corksport Header going to a Magnaflow singlechamber into 2.5" piping that leads to a Vibrant muffler out the back... Any suggestions?

 

Corksport header is thinwall and will sound tinny. Header wrap should help with some of the noise.

Thank you A-Train, could be the single chamber too I'm thinkin because I've only ever heard them on v8's and it sounded kinda metalish but a lot more noticeable on my car

search diy coffee can exahust. that is even more ricer. see the hello kitty tip, is an actuall performance mod. it directs exaust flow into a sleak kitty shape propelling the vehicle faster. kinda turns it into a jet engine.

ahh good times with bum wines. Long time ago when I was into drinking still I bought a bunch of mad dog 20/20, and a paintball gun the same day. I ended up paintballing the inside of my moms house when she was out of town. I was trying to shoot my friend matt. I got it cleaned up before she returned. I found paint ball plastic all over for a few years though.

again this is what we do. at least we stayed on subject of exhaust untill you brought up bum wine.

 

^^ reminds me. when i was a kid my dad and i wanted to shoot a gun but we didn't want to go outside because it was raining. we had a 45 revolver i think and we made wax bullets haha. we set up a board against the closet and shot at it. it was so cool

But as far as redneck things to do I had a friend in high school. he had this huge beat to **** old house and he busted a hole in the floor to find a hidden area in the basement that was infested with rats. we use to fish for them with PB&J sandwiches. and kill them. I'm not really a redneck I just really like to fish. but I didn't eat the rats.

RX-7's are a perfect redneck car. has 2 seats and tons of storage. You can haul any car part for your car in your car. has *****. tons of functional, but ghetto mods. now only if they made it in a T-top.
