Maybe I just had to much back pressure! lol.
I put some oil on them went for a drive... Am I supposed to notice a differance when I drive in the power? Everything felt the same.. But who know. I am going to try a little more tomorrow on getting them to move.
Grease them and move them with plyers to see if they move easy.

No, you put the grease on there and then go for a drive to see if the actuators are moving or not. IF the actuators are moving, the grease will all be pushed to the top of the actuator rod.
=D Hey on those Dyno Readings those are the HP to the Wheels not on the motor correct?

normally in a manual transmissioned car you lose 15% in the drivetrain. If you did 115 rwhp, that means your engine is putting out ~132.5 fwhp. 312 rwhp = ~360 fwhp.
That is just the general rule. Automatics have 30% drivetrain lose.
