Where can I find a new carburetor for a 1982 Mazda rx7

You can't. They are not offered any longer. A rebuild is the only way.

^^^^^ This is very true. I haven't seen a new carburetor available in more than 20 years unfortunately. Would be nice if they were offered but the market is fairly limited and a rebuild is much cheaper.
