Okay so the car when started up idles at 750 which is good. But after when I let it warm up and step on the gas a little. The OP is literally under the 60psi and it’ll stay at 1,100rpm and will... what looks like is taking awhile to go back down to 750rpm. Btw in the car right now and watching the gauges and tachometer. Start up After warmed up and slightly revved it.
After that slightly rev and been letting it sit for a fat minute and still slowly going down to 750rpm

The idle will gradually lower as the wax in the thermo wax unit on the throttle body melts. If the idle is still at 11pprpm with the engine at full normal operating temperature then you have an idle issue. Switching on the air conditioning will also raise the idle so be mindful of that.
