Starting issues
So after a few days of injecting MMO into the combustion chambers and turning the engine by hand, I think I have come to the conclusion that the engine is smoked......time for another one. Anyone have a running one for sale?
apparently compression didn't get better. You may want to crack your engine open and see if it's in good enough shape to rebuild. Like I said that keg was awefull clean so it may be in good shape inside. At worse it's a learning experience to crack on open and see how they work.
as in taking the keg apart

So I have to yank it out, is there another way of looking inside without pulling the engine, this way I can start looking for a new, rebuilt, or running engine? Did you or your friends have any luck finding a 12a for sale?
lol my friends are a 200 member local rotary club with Rx2's to RX8's and ya can never forget the repu's (of course most are not the most active) Engines yes, but thus far the ones found would need to be re done.
There are a few guys that may be willing to help and there is a shop .....
Rotary Evolution that is local and currently the only rotary shop I'd let even look at my car (it's near the Orleans), he is running deals right now I beleive, of course prices are subject to all your hard parts being reusable.
The quality of his work is known to be top shelf, prices are fair and attention to detail to the max.
If you call him tell him Ray sent you
So the MMO trick worked, car fired up yesterday and smoked like cheech and chong, it literally smoked out the whole neighborhood. After running for awhile it stopped, but today running it around town, it started smoking again and won't go over 40 Mph. Ray, i can't seem to get ahold of that shop you recommended, rotary evolution? I want to pull the engine apart but with the limited amount of time and knowledge it seems like I need a shop to take it to.
