You'd need to check the specs of the sensor at different load points using a mighty vac to establish that the output voltage of the Sensor matches the original. A slightly different reading would mean the factory ecu would be referencing a different map.

I checked the voltage at idler run and it gave me 2.35V. When start to accelerate it become 1.85 and back to 2.35V without any change. The voltage reading is not as Mazda service manual specification

So you didn't use a vacuum pump? More accurate doing it with a pump rather than a gauge and the engine running but it will give you a fair idea.

So if you've compared the differences and you are confident that they are out of spec then the sensor is going to give you different voltages at different load points. This on a factory ecu will access inaccurate predetermined maps.

I'm fairly certain they are not interchangable, and as spoolrx7 says it will completely mess up your fuelling, quite probably killing your engine!

In all certainty probably not as you will loose a **** load of resolution through the polynomial line as the sensor will only be working from 0-5 Volts still at the end of the day. My guess is that you will either have gross over fueling or it'll just run like a bucket of turd burgers.
