This is on a 3rd gen that im thinking about buying but not sure if its just flooding or if something else is wrong with it.

 

Compression test.

Might just be a bad injector.

 

Have a mechanic look at it if possible.

 

Yeah the guy said that when he bought it it wasnt running at all. it has a t-70 and a haltech ems so i asked him if he had any fuel upgrades and if he'd done a compression test. Waiting on his response.

 

Yeah, compression test or test the injectors.
