Possible flooding

"Car is easily flooded making it difficult to start and when it runs, it's without much power. Previous owner said he had recently replaced the motor, but honestly, I'm not sure what is wrong with it."

This is on a 3rd gen that im thinking about buying but not sure if its just flooding or if something else is wrong with it.

Compression test.

Might just be a bad injector.

Yeah the guy said that when he bought it it wasnt running at all. it has a t-70 and a haltech ems so i asked him if he had any fuel upgrades and if he'd done a compression test. Waiting on his response.
