When I turn on or off the pop up headlights on my FD, one of the headlights will keep going up and down for a couple a seconds and then finally settle into position. The other headlight works just fine. Any idea as to whats causing this?

 

Mine do the same, pretty annoying for sure. I haven't attempted a fix, as it's way down on the ol' to-do list, but searching the forums seems to indicate that this is most likely a grounding problem. There are two grounding points behind the front bumper. They just look like a bunch of wires going into a dead-end connector and attached to the front beam. If I weren't so dang lazy I'd start by checking those and ensuring they're properly attached/not corroded.
