Leaky injectors flooding?

Hello everybody,
I have a 93 r1 rx7 with some problems. If I let the car sit for more than around 5hrs, it is hard to start, but less of a struggle when I follow the de-flood procedures. Now it won't start at all, just backfires and sputters, and I figure it is because the spark plugs are fouled. 6 months ago, it wouldn't start at all so I replaced the spark plugs and it fired up right away. I am guessing that it is always flooding because an injector is stuck open and the pressure in the fuel line is leaking thru the bad injector over time and flooding the engine. Being new to cars, this is purely speculation on my part. Is this speculation probable? What else could this be? What can I check for? I am new, but I have tools and can fake my way around most things.

Other notes that may help diagnose the problem
The car has a microtech ECU
It is running super rich all the time. At cold, idle it is at 10 air/fuel and warm it is running around 12.5 air/fuel at 1.1k rpm. Occasional it will run at around 13.5air/fuel and the idle will drop to around 900rpm. While driving it almost never goes over 13 air/fuel
The gas consumption is ridiculous!
It studders between normal driving and boost, as well as normal driving and fuel cut while coasting.
I went to adjust the TPS but noticed that I only had 3 wires going to it (no 2nd from the top), so I was unsure of how to adjust it.
I just replaced the fuel filter, and did an oil change. not that I thought it was the problem. I just wanted something to do and got more than I expected with the fuel filter.
Any help would be welcome.
Thanks!

A quick update.
I took out the spark plugs today, and the two top ones were wet with gasoline. I burnt it off, put them back in and she fired up well. Grey smoke came out of the tail pipe for a good 10min and after that it was fine. I am fairly convinced it is a leaky injector(s) but wouldn't mind a second opinion before I go spending a bunch of money re-doing the fuel system.

I'm going to have to agree with you on the leaky injector.
