What does a high idle have to do with running rich? Not at all the same thing. When does it run rich, and how do you know this? The stock fuel maps are rich to begin with.

Bigger throttle body? Ceramic parts?

There is really no way to make a bigger throttle body without major intake work. So if you could post details on this, that would help greatly. My guess is that someone ported out the throttle body and then did not reassemble or adjust it properly.

It could also be due to a vacuum leak (or several).

Did you adjust your TPS? I dont know if that could cause high idle, but I know it will cause it to run rich.

The high idle may be due to a vacum leak.

Do you mean ceramic apex seals?

The car is supposed to idle at around 1500 when cold.
