What?

Please, use some punctuation. I cannot understand your exact question... S5 13BT, S5 chassis, and S4 harness + electronics?

Is the only reason that you are running the s4 Ecu is due to the fact that you are not running an electronic OMP?
If you want to avoid a wiring "snafu",you could ditch the S4 ECU,get a S5 TII ECU,and send it to Pocketlogger.
They make RTEK based Ecu's that do not use an OMP.That would let you use a S5 Based harness and keep the Chassis/gauge harness as S5.It would alleviate the need to change wiring on the car, really.
If that is something that you would consider, here is a link to their site: digital tuning, inc. .

I though about doing that but wouldn't I need to chane all the sensor including boost, afm, tps, to s5 t2 or s5 t2 will control the s4 t2 sensors? The reason why I wanted to swap the dash wiring is because of all my s4 t2 setup Thanks for the info
