Which is it, the transmission mount or the front diff mount? They're two separate things.

If you are going to solid mount the front of the diff, you will also want to solid mount the rear of the diff. Otherwise you will end up with a stress point as the rear of the diff wants to move while the front locks it into place. Solid mounting the rear of the diff involves machining some circular aluminum plugs that get pressed into the diff mounting ears in place of the stock rubber mounts.

Also, if you make the front mount solid, you will want to reinforce that are of the subframe. If you take a close look at it, you will see that the mounting area of the mount is very thin. It can tear off the subframe. Just weld on some 1/4" plate.

Aaron I already welded two strips onto my mount of 1/4 inch steel because used ones are 50 and I don't see a point in putting a used one in so I figured I would just drive easy until I can fix properly. Soi slapped it back together and its making a bit of noise it is hell to get everything to line up when there is no give (rubber bushings) I think I have to drop sub frame again tonight and tighen the front mount with impact I couldn't get it in last night and my car is my daily driver so I did what I could thabk you for your help

Yes, I replaced it with the stiffer competition mount & added the snubber for additional protection from flex.
